Took some pics of my knife design off the TV set last night. It looks like Knife Thrower to the Stars Jack Dagger will be the expert for this episode. It also looks like the knife episode will be next!! From what I could tell they did a phenomenal job of filming the throwing!! Wow, the slo-mo is incredible!

The Pomson 6000 has been described thus:

The first gun presented to Wikus van der Merwe (by the MNU scientists) at the underground shooting range at MNU headquarters, the Assault Rifle makes short work of the porcine cadaver strung up for target practice.

This is known about the science behind the Assault Rifle, according to
Designer Greg Broadmore:

“The tubes down the side each discharge an explosive burst of gas one after the other down the length of the barrel behind the projectile – a linear accelerator gun, like a rail gun but without the magnets. Of course it would fire these all rapidly to get a high rate of fire.”

PLEASE NOTE: Unless your genetic makeup is part prawn, you cannot power up or fire this gun.

Atlanta Blade Show 2010. The Gopher got to help with the knife throwing demo put on by knifemaker Bobby Branton.

I initially made this logo for a custom car company but it was never used or paid for. Another client liked it and wanted something similar so I redesigned it and the rest is history!!

The bottom design is another idea I came up with.

So I watched the show intro today and found an image of a knife. I assume this is one of the knives that the teams will use on the show.

The coolest part of it is that I designed that knife!! I was pretty stoked to see it on the screen!

Here’s a sneak peak at my custom for the Mr. Power Custom Show @ ToyQube later this month.

I did a bunch of cake sketches for the Ace of Cakes book. These weren’t used but I had fun drawing them.

I drew the top 5 designs from pics I was given of the original cakes made by Charm City Cakes. I designed the bottom 9 cakes myself and none of them were ever made into cakes!
