I will get the sculpt tomorrow! I hope to be able to mold it soon.
I made this mini poster using parts of another poster I made.
Here is a close up photo. The one on the right has the graphics photoshoped on. The final color and graphics has not yet been determined.
Here a little animated turnaround. There are a few sanding marks on there but they are just to find any high spots.
I’ll be back to this toy soon! I’ve been working on the Custom Zliks for the show which is later this month. (check the News section for more info)
My friend Gabriel Marquez will be doing the sculpt. I’m pretty new to sculpting but he’s an old pro at it!
Here is the initial armature he made when I got to his studio.
The legs and tail were cut to size.
Tin foil was added to bulk out the body area.
Clay was added to bulk out the body.
The clay was smoothed out a bit more.
It still has some modifications that need to be done but here’s what I have so far.
I got it featured on VinylPulse.com
Here is the next stage render. There are a few things that need to be fixed, but it’s coming along pretty good.

I changed up a few dimensions that I though were off. Also, I made the size 5″ rather than 6.5″.
Here is a sticker design for the toy.
I’ll be starting the sculpt this weekend. I’ll post progress pics once I get started!
Here’s a gif animation of the character.
Here is the initial turnaround of the figure. I’m thinking it will be 6.5″ tall.
The image says 6.25″ but it was a mistake.
I have wanted to make a toy for some time now but haven’t really had the time.
I’ve been sketching this guy for years and decided he would be the first design I would make. It was originally a drawing of an Army Officer I knew who had a huge forehead. His helmet sat really high on his head and it made for a funny cartoon. I’ll be posting everything else I have so far later on today, then start posting updates as they occur.
Below is a render Giorgio Viola did when I sent him the sketches. It’s proportions are off but I have to thank him for doing it! It has the space helmet on!!
